About Life Studies

In my second year of university, I decided to take a module called Life Studies. The module consists of a 6 hour work period every Tuesday in which we would get the opportunity to study and draw two life models. In this class, we are allowed to use any medium we feel we want to try out or work on. Some of the mediums I have used in my work are acrylic paint, conte crayons, charcoal, and pen. In each 6 hour period, I tend to do a lot of sketches and a couple of A1 pieces which I spend about an hour on, refined and using a different medium each time. Below are some examples of my A1 refined pieces from these classes.
